چکیده
Not only are work, social, and daily living affected for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and related dementias, but caring for these individuals is a long-term progressive burden. In Canada, while the projected number of dementia cases is expected to increase 2.3 times to 1.1 million people by 2038, the projected associated economic burden attributed to dementia is expected to increase by 10 times to $153.6 billion dollars annually [1].
